Picture and Recording Policy
Walnut Hills uses photographs and recordings to promote our events, services, and community
activities. Our Sunday service is also streamed online each week. By attending church events or
services, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may capture your image or likeness and that such recordings may be used for promotional and streaming purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the church website, social media, printed materials, and public presentations.
Opt-Out Process:
If you do not wish for your image or voice to be recorded or used in any media, please notify the church office in writing. Your request will be respected, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your preference.

Third Parties
Walnut Hills United Methodist Church values you and we want to protect the information you give us which allows us to communicate with you. To that end we do not share data (including mobile opt-in data) with third parties for marketing or promotion purposes.

Financial solicitation
If you receive a request for financial assistance of any kind appearing to come from a pastor, staff, or other church attendee that sounds suspicious; it probably is. Scammers often pretend to be church staff or members and often use email among other means to discover and manipulate social connections. Please ignore these solicitations or call the church office.
